Victoria Lowe has been with the Nash, Edgecombe, and Wilson County Children’s Advocacy Center (Jo Ann’s Place) since 2023, beginning as a Forensic Interviewer and stepping into the Director/Forensic Interviewer role in September 2025. Before joining Jo Ann’s Place, Victoria worked as a Social Worker Investigator with the Edgecombe County Department of Social Services, focusing on child abuse and maltreatment.
A 2022 graduate of East Carolina University, she earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in alcohol and drug studies and is currently pursuing her Master of Social Work degree at ECU.
Victoria’s career is driven by her passion for helping others persevere, grow, and reach their full potential. She is trained in Recognizing Abuse Disclosures and Responding (RADAR), RADAR Jr., and the Child First Forensic Interviewing Protocol. In her role, she provides a neutral, compassionate, and child-friendly environment where children feel safe to share their experiences. She is deeply committed to being a trusted figure for children, offering a safe space for them to share their experiences during challenging times.
Outside of work, Victoria enjoys reading, spending time with her family, working out, and caring for her pets, dogs Asher and Bella, and cats Chico and Deku.
