Tiffany Somerville, MS, LCMHCA, is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counseling Associate with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling obtained at Walden University. She has experience working with children in school-based settings and in private practice with adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults. Her experience working with individuals across different stages of life has strengthened her passion for providing compassionate, individualized care that meets each client’s unique needs.
She specializes in a person-centered approach and incorporates evidence-based interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-focused therapy. Her approach is collaborative and tailored to each client’s individual experiences, strengths, needs, and goals.
She believes therapy should be a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where individuals can feel heard, understood, and empowered. She works with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the effects of trauma. She believes that, together, we can work to develop practical coping skills, gain deeper insight, and build on existing strengths to create meaningful and lasting change.
She is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. Her goal is to support each client on their journey toward healing, growth, and overall well-being while providing a space where they feel respected, valued, and safe.
